Sales Executive Norway Pie Systems Oslo Full-time

Pie Systems is looking for a Sales Executive Norway to join our European team.

Pie Systems is building a platform to support, build, and expand tourism through a digital approach, starting with the $70B+ tax free shopping industry. Our mission is “Empowering local partners, globally”. We seek to empower local partners with data, analytics, and marketing to help grow sales and spend by tourists at local establishments including retail shops, restaurants, hotels, etc. For store partners, our tax free platform is digital, efficient, and free to use. The tourist-facing Pie VAT app enables more touch points with tourists as they are abroad, encouraging easy exploration, discovery, and shopping.

These will be your core responsibilities:

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our commercial team in Oslo, Norway who can help us increase our footprint. As a core member of our commercial team, you will lead our sales efforts in the Norwegian market by identifying, engaging and signing new retail partners. We are looking for a self-driven, scrappy, responsibility-loving person with a hunter and winner mentality who can manage having more than one ball up in the air.

What you’ll be working on:

Sales – Sign up new retailers to an already impressive customer portfolio.

Manage an existing customer portfolio and drive value added revenue.

Provide important feedback on our products through your first hand experiences from partners and customers.

Be an active part of the Nordics commercial team.

Report directly to the Sr. Director of Business Development in Norway.

Work on larger partnership opportunities and enterprise sales, when necessary.

Travel as needed when it is safe and appropriate.

Who you are:

Minimum of 2 years sales experience within retail or B2B sales.

You’re a competitive team player that thrives when you succeed at growth.

You have a Hunter Mentality and are not afraid to knock on doors.

You have a strong network within Norwegian retail.

You must have full professional proficiency in Norwegian and English both written and oral.

Bonus (Good to have):

Start/scale-up experience working within retail/technology/payments industries.
